What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum for regular products is 1 set, for special products it needs to be discussed.
What are your payment methods?
Wire transfer, letters of credit, Western Union, etc.
How will the pumps be delivered to us?
Small orders will be shipped via international express such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS. Large orders will be delivered by air freight, sea freight, vehicle, or multimodal transport.
How is the packaging?
Standard export plywood boxes or cartons.
How long is the delivery time?
In-stock orders will be shipped immediately after payment. Out-of-stock orders have a production time of 7 days, with express delivery time of 3-6 days, and for sea freight, delivery time depends on the shipping date.
What is the warranty period?
According to international standards, the warranty period for pumps under standard operation is 1 year, and for accessories is 3 months.
