Do you charge based on CBM or KG for LCL shipments?
In most cases, if the volumetric weight is greater than the gross weight, we charge by CBM. If the gross weight is higher, we charge by KG.
How is volumetric weight calculated?
The formula is: L(cm) x H(cm) x D(cm) / 6000. For example, a carton of 48x45x39cm equals 14.04kg. Note: For Global Express, the divisor is 5000.
Do I need to provide customs clearance info for DDP service?
No, for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we handle all customs clearance under our name and deliver directly to your final destination.
What is required for DAP or PVA shipments to the UK/EU?
You must have your own VAT and EORI account. For PVA (Postponed VAT Accounting), you must also have VAT payment records for at least the previous three months.
